About Sirmoosa

Sir Moosa, the meneer in samoosas, began in the warm heart of my home, long before it ever became a business. My kitchen has always been a place of comfort, laughter, and full plates, where food is not just prepared, but shared with love.

For as long as I can remember, cooking has been my way of caring for those around me, my family, and every neighbour, friend, and visitor who found their way to my table.

I believe food carries feeling. It carries memory, warmth, and the quiet reassurance that someone cares.

My samoosas were first made for the people I love most — folded slowly, filled generously, and cooked the old-fashioned way, just as it was taught to me.

Time after time, those who tasted them told me they felt like home. They encouraged me to share them beyond my family, saying this was comfort meant for many.

With their support and kindness, what began as a simple act of love grew into Sir Moosa.

Today, I cook for you the same way I cook for my own family, with patience, care and respect for every ingredient. Every samoosa carries a piece of my story, my heritage, and my promise: that when you taste it, you will feel held, welcomed, and fed with love, just like family.
